Yes, eTRAN offers a free no-obligation DocumentationTrial for new clients. To sign up for the free trial, simply click the "Free Trial" button to the left and fill in the requested information.  We will contact you to set up your free trial.

eTRAN offers flexibility based on your requirements through our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.  The charges are based on an agreed price per typed line. We use the Word Count feature (characters with spaces) of MS Word to verify line count...there is no hidden process! The different packages are designed to offer you options on extended storage and desired turnaround times with no hidden expenses.  Click the "free trial" button to the left and fill in the requested information.  We will contact you to set up your account.  It's that easy!

Normal turnaround time is within 24 hours from the time files are received. However, if time is an issue, our Platinum clients can set up their account to receive files sooner. Just let us know when you establish your account. Satisfaction is a priority

We recommend clients use the hand held digital recorders such as the ones made by Olympus.  Toll free phone dictation is also available.  Call us if you need assistance.

You can submit dictations for medical transcription either by FTP or through our web based file transfer platform.  Set up an account and this service is available free to our clients.

You can receive the transcribed documents back through FTP or through our web based file transfer platform.  Again, using our file transfer service insures HIPPA compliance.

Yes, you can submit your templates and the transcribers will use them during the transcription process.  SOAP, radiology reports, legal formats, VA, or insurance exam reports...we can work with your business mission to insure compliance.

We can transcribe your files in MS Word, Word Perfect or Text formats. Just let our customer service folks know what works best for you when you set up your account.

After the files are transcribed, they are assigned to our quality control department for proofreading and formatting compliance.  Again all the transcriptions are counterchecked by medical specialists before being sent to our clients.

Monthly statements can be established or payments can be made by using VISA or Master Card.
